Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered

2. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once the product is sold. All purchases are final.

3. Replacement / Exchange Policy

• Replacement or exchange is allowed within 7 days.
• Size or product exchange is subject to stock availability.
• The product must be returned in original condition.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made and bulk orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Return Process

• Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
